This was purchased as a Christmas gift. There was a mess up on the order. One of the best customer service interactions I have had in years. Solved issue immediately and graciously. Dry bad of exception al quality.

Ich hatte die Signalpfeife in blau. Optisch ist sie sehr schön. Funktionell tut sie erst bei einem kräftigen Anpfiff. Denn bei einem leichten Anpfiff kommt der Ton sehr schwach heraus.
Ok, I don't like doing this. I put in the order. A week later it ships. You send me an email with a tracking number. I click on it. No tracking number can be found. A week later I send an email inquring about where my package is. You reply with this:
"It seems your package is enjoying an unexpected adventure and has decided to take the scenic route!"
I get no other updates. The link for my tracking doesn't work.
